With an extensive background in commercial construction, it has directed her to want to continue pursuing construction in a more focused, one-on-one, personal level where she has more ability to interact with clients throughout the process.
Lindsey's general contracting experience in commercial construction brings a level of understanding in project management that will stand out from the rest. With strong problem-solving skills, she has strong capabilities of making anything happen and takes pride in being able to attain clients wants and needs.
In her 8 years of commercial construction experience, Lindsey has managed multiple projects averaging $20million each. She was the project manager for the 2022 and 2024 New Mexico AGC Grand Prize of Show winner - and winner in other categories. Among her many accolades are projects recognized in New York Times and Forbes Magazine. She has formerly completed projects for Sandia National Labs with the ability to obtain all security clearances. She's also completed various state, city, and county projects and is ready to help you with your next project.
Owner/Quality Control/Consultant
With a background in ranch management, Ty brings a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to dirt work/road work and erosion control/management specific to ranches. Proficient in heavy and light equipment operating from loaders, dozers and graders to tractors, skid steers, and mini excavators. Ty's attention to detail is like none other- he strives to leave a job site 100% done and clients satisfied.
Field Supervisor/Superintendent
Fernie, being a native to Alpine, is an amazing asset to the TWE team. His ability to manage and organize multiple crews and subcontractors is his finest quality. He is charismatic and personable with our clients to the level that TWE strives to have with each client and making sure they are happy with the product and service they are receiving from TWE. His background in ironwork aids to the team whenever we need creative solution for a “one-off“ project requiring good understanding of loads, spans, etc- you name it.
Field Supervisor/Quality Control
Scott‘s vast amount of experience brings a lot to TruWest and being able to provide solutions to some of the most complex projects. He is a “do-it-all” guy and takes every challenge head on which makes him a great asset to the team. Scott’s ability to create a “team” atmosphere comes from his background experience which is has been great to keep everyone on task and motivated- keeping projects flowing smoothly.
