With her general contracting experience in commercial construction, Lindsey possesses a deep understanding of project management that distinguishes her from others. Her strong problem-solving skills enable her to make things happen, and she takes pride in fulfilling her clients' wants and needs while ensuring quality control throughout every phase.

Over her 8 years in commercial construction, Lindsey has successfully managed multiple projects averaging $20 million each. Notably, she was the project manager for the 2022 and 2024 New Mexico AGC Grand Prize of Show winner, as well as recipients of awards in other categories. Her projects have garnered recognition in prestigious publications like the New York Times and Forbes Magazine. Additionally, Lindsey has completed various projects for Sandia National Labs, where she secured all necessary security clearances. She is also experienced with numerous state, city, and county projects, and is eager to assist you with your next endeavor.

Owner/Quality Control/Consultant

With a strong background in ranch management, Ty brings a vast amount of knowledge to commercial construction, particularly in dirt work, road work, and erosion control/management specific to ranches. Proficient in operating both heavy and light equipment, including loaders, dozers, graders, tractors, skid steers, and mini excavators, Ty excels in project management. His attention to detail is unparalleled—he strives to ensure quality control by leaving every job site 100% complete and clients thoroughly satisfied.

Fernie, a native of Alpine, is an incredible asset to the TWE team, particularly in the realm of commercial construction. His exceptional project management skills allow him to effectively manage and organize multiple crews and subcontractors.
